Mt. Sneffles is excited to be part of the Colorado Mountain Half Series+. You will feel all the amazing riches from participating in not only our event but our partner events as well that comprise Colorado's most iconic Half Marathons+.

Those events are The Estes Park Half Marathon (part of the Estes Park Marathon Weekend), Georgetown to Idaho Springs Half Marathon, Mt. Sneffels Half Marathon (part of the St. Sneffels Marathon Weekend, Ned*Ned Half Marathon, and Lead King Loop 25K are all community organized, and all benefit important youth programs within each respected community. Mt Sneffels Education Foundation

The Mt. Sneffels Half-Marathon was created more than 25 years ago by board members of the Mt. Sneffels Education Foundation as a fundraiser to supplement member donations. It is supported by funds from the foundation and by members donating their time and energy to organize the event. Net proceeds from the Race Events benefit the school projects supported by the foundation.
